One of my main tools that I use to stay up to date with what needs to be planted and what not, is this annual calendar roughly separated by planting dates and harvest dates.
It is a good help for those of us who start with this garden, since lifelong farmers have it in their heads and already know when and what to plant.
In summary: It is my personal cheat sheet to avoid making mistakes on the planting date and to plan the beds.
Before downloading all the listings, I add the one from Calçots which is not in any list:
- Plant Calçots seeds: Late autumn to early spring
- Planting the Onion: End of August beginning of October.
- Harvesting calçots: End of December beginning of March.
Now you can download the lists so you don't miss a single vegetable.
(Interpretation of the tables:
Spacing: distance between rows and between plants.
Broadcast sowing: It consists of sowing the seeds randomly in a uniform manner.
Direct sowing: When it is carried out in the definitive place.)
- Companion planting for organic crops: Ecological
