An invitation from Valls
On 5 December 2009, the website announced the date of January 31 and described the centre of Valls as a gastronomic meeting place. The text spoke of fires to cook calçots, wine served in a porrón and grilled meat. The competitions of eating and growing calçots also stood out.
The publication maintains a voice that is close and linked to the product: its author expressed the wish that Can Pepitu would one day participate in the growers' contest. That comment does not certify a registration or a prize, but it does reflect how the festival was experienced from the environment of this website.

The visual archive before the festival
On 9 January 2010, another entry recommended a panoramic view of Valls to show the environment to potential visitors. It referred to Panorama.cat and again indicated January 31 as the date of the appointment. It is preserved as part of the way the festival was spread on the internet at that time.
As this is a pre-event publication, its promotional image should not be automatically identified as a photograph taken during the 2010 edition. The date of an entry and the date of an image may be different.

The winner of 2010
The official record records the victory of Adrià Wegrzyn with 355 calçots and 2,710 grams. It is the proven result that completes the two previous publications. The archive thus brings together the announcement itself and the report of the competition without adding an agenda that has not been recovered.
